Brief Description:  Plastic back window

This is a mini blog. My project was to place a window. The "plastic" windo2 has been in the garage at least a year, and covered with cardboard on both sides. I removed the cardboard like stuff reveiling a clear, flexible window. Mary helped me lift it over the top, and slide all parts underneath aluminimum parts. There were about 36 already in the window edges, and I was able to line them up with the aluminum turtledeck. There was no hint at which size cleco was needed. the silver #40 wouldn't hold, so I settled on #30's. They let the tines go through with gentle pushing and twisting, and soon everything was clecoed in place. Image 1 shows the window--I put some tape on the outer edge as proof.
The rest of instructions were unclear to me. Not wanting to make an expensive mistake I called Van's Builder Asst. After a weight I got a response to a "stand in guy" with no access to the plans, and a plea for me to call tomorrow because their were two Builders Asst. already very busy.
Hope my alarm goes off tomorrow.
